James (Jim) DeFranco, EVP
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intracorp Real Estate, LLC. Mr. DeFranco previously was Chief Operating Officer of Ferguson Construction Company, Seattle, Washington. He was formerly with Deloitte & Touche in Seattle, New York and San Francisco and a partner in the Financial Services Group. Mr. DeFranco is a member of the Archdiocese of Seattle Finance Council; and President of the O’Dea Foundation, chartered to provide financial assistance to needy students. Mr. DeFranco received his B.A. from the University of Washington.
